Always-Tender Pork
Always-Tender Pork is an easy dinner. Made with desired number of boneless pork chops, 1 or 2 eggs (depending on number of chops), about 1/4 c. milk and bread crumbs, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. A classic recipe that has been enjoyed for generations.

If boneless chops are especially thick, cut them in half to make two chops.
With meat pounder or side of pie pan, pound chops to about double in diameter.
Add salt and pepper before pounding. Mix eggs and milk.
Dip chops in egg/milk mixture and then into bread crumbs to coat.
Fry in oleo until brown on one side and turn over.
Lower heat a little and brown on second side.
These will cook fast because of thinness.
Do not overcook.
