Yeast Rolls
Yeast Rolls is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 5 c. plain flour, 1 c. scalded milk, 1/2 stick butter, 1/2 tsp. salt and 1/2 c. sugar, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Bursting with flavor in every bite.

In large bowl, combine salt, sugar and butter. Heat milk and pour over this mixture until butter melts. Add eggs (beaten) and yeast; mix well. Then add remaining flour gradually. If dough becomes dry, add small amount of milk. Dough should be sticky. After mixing all ingredients, place in large bowl and cover until dough rises double bulk. Then roll out dough. Cut into squares. Place in pan. Let rise from 1 to 2 hours. Bake at 400Β° for 15 minutes. Makes 2 1/2 to 3 dozen.
