Whole Wheat Health Bread
Whole Wheat Health Bread is an impressive dinner. Made with 4 1/2 c. unbleached flour, 2 c. whole wheat flour, 1 c. cracked wheat, 1 c. uncooked oats and 1/2 c. wheat germ, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Ideal for meal prep and leftovers taste even better.

Mix flour, cracked wheat and oats.
Combine 3 cups flour mixture, wheat germ, sunflower seeds, yeast and salt.
Mix water (120°), cottage cheese, molasses, honey and oil.
Add to 3 cups of flour mixture.
Beat 3 minutes with electric mixer.
Stir in rest of flour.
Rest 10 minutes.
Knead 10 minutes.
Place in oiled bowl, covered.
Let rise for 1 hour.
Shape into 3 or 4 loaves. Let rise.
Bake at 375° for 35 minutes.
