Whole Wheat Carrot Cake

Blend the cooking oil, granulated sugar and brown sugar until mixed.
Add vanilla; beat in eggs, one at a time.
Stir together the flour, milk powder, baking soda, baking powder, salt and cinnamon.
Add to egg mixture until well blended.
By hand, stir in carrots and walnuts.
Bake at 350Β° for 50 to 60 minutes in a 10-inch tube pan or 12-cup fluted tube pan.
Invert on plate, sprinkle powdered sugar on top.
