White Clam Sauce
White Clam Sauce is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 2 cloves garlic, minced, 3 (10 oz.) can clams, drained, 1 c. clam juice, saved from the cans, 3 to 4 oz. sherry and olive oil for sauteing, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Bursting with flavor in every bite.

In a medium sized skillet, saute garlic in very little oil for 3 to 4 minutes.
Add clams and sherry and saute over high heat for 8 to 10 minutes.
Add butter and saute all together for 1 minute. Serve over linguine cooked al dente.
