Western Pâté
Western Pâté is an impressive dinner. Made with 1/2 lb. bacon slices, 1 lb. ground turkey, 1/2 lb. ground pork, 1 egg and 2 cloves garlic, finely chopped, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. A comforting dish that warms the soul.

Heat oven to 350°.
Line bottom of loaf pan crosswise with bacon slices, bringing bacon up sides and over edge of pan (reserve any remaining bacon slices).
Mix remaining ingredients thoroughly.
Spoon into pan, being careful not to disturb bacon. Smooth top.
Fold bacon ends over top of meat mixture.
Place remaining slices of bacon lengthwise on top.
Cover with aluminum foil.
Bake 1 1/2 to 2 hours or until done; drain carefully, leaving pâté in pan.
Let stand, uncovered, 1 hour before serving.
