Venetian Style Liver
Venetian Style Liver is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1 lb. thinly sliced liver, 1/4 c. flour, 1/2 tsp. salt, 1/8 tsp. pepper and 2 medium onions, sliced thin, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. A crowd-pleaser that never disappoints.

Coat liver with mixture of flour, salt and pepper.
Set aside. Saute onions in oil in a large skillet until tender.
Add liver and saute 1 to 2 minutes on each side or until browned (should be slightly pink inside).
