Veal Parmesan
Veal Parmesan is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 3 egg whites, 1 tbsp. water, 1 c. fine bread crumbs, 1/2 c. grated parmesan cheese and 1 small clove garlic, minced, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Bursting with flavor in every bite.

Beat egg whites and water.
Combine crumbs, Parmesan cheese, garlic, salt and pepper.
Dip cutlets in egg mix, then coat with crumb mix.
Repeat for all pieces of veal.
Place on waxed paper and chill for at least 1 hour.
Fry cutlets in heated oil.
Brown about 2 minutes on each side.
Drain on paper towels.
