Veal Marsala
Veal Marsala is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1 lb. veal, 1/4 c. flour, 1/2 c. marsala wine, 1/2 stick butter and 1 bunch parsley, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. A comforting dish that warms the soul.

Take veal and pound it round and out.
Roll veal in flour and dip into eggs.
Add oil to skillet and fry veal until brown. Remove veal and keep warm.
In another skillet, melt butter.
Then add wine and parsley.
Gently mix sauce until it starts to thicken, then add veal for 2 minutes.
Serve with pasta.
Serves 2.
