Twice Baked Potatoes
Twice Baked Potatoes is an easy dinner. Made with 3 large baking potatoes, 1/2 lb. mozzarella cheese, milk and butter, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Perfect for family dinners and special occasions.

Bake potatoes for 1 hour or until done.
Let cool.
Slice in half lengthwise and scoop out potato, leaving 1/4 in skin.
Put potato in bowl; add Mozzarella cheese, milk and butter.
Mix as for mashed potatoes.
Refill potato skins; decorate with any of the following: chopped green or red pepper, chopped chives, shredded Cheddar cheese, chopped bacon, paprika, spices as desired.
Before serving, bake at 325Β° for 20 minutes.
