Sift together the flour, baking powder, salt and sugar.
Add the butter, margarine, oil, eggs and milk and mix well.
Knead for 10 minutes. Form into 2 rounds.
Press dough with palms of hands to flatten to approximately 1 1/2-inches.
Score the top crisscross.
Place dough on a floured cookie sheet. Bake at 350Β° for 35 to 40 minutes until golden brown. Cool on rack.
