Turkey Wild Rice Soup

Crumble ground turkey into 6-quart saucepan or Dutch oven. Stir in onion and carrots.
Cook over medium heat for 3 to 5 minutes.
Stir in chicken broth, rice, poultry seasoning, pepper and thyme.
Bring to boil and reduce heat.
Cover and simmer 45 to 55 minutes or until tender.
Place flour in a small bowl. Gradually add milk, blending until smooth.
Cook and stir over medium heat until soup bubbles and thickens slightly.
