Saute 3 cups chopped onions and 3 cups chopped celery; set aside.
Boil giblets from turkey in 1 1/2 quarts water with 1 onion and 1 cup celery.
Crumble breads and use enough of stock to soften.
Add onion and celery (2 cups each) and dry ingredients to crumble.
Beat 2 eggs and add.
Add 2 boiled eggs if desired.
Put in a bit more broth, place in pans sprayed with Pam and bake at 350Β° until top is crunchy.
