Truffles
Truffles is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 4 c. semi-sweet chocolate chips, divided, 1 egg yolk, 3 tbsp. whipping cream, 3 tbsp. crème de cassis liqueur and 1 oz. white chocolate (for decoration), this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. A crowd-pleaser that never disappoints.

In medium saucepan, melt 2 cups chocolate chips over low heat; stir until smooth. Remove from heat and allow chocolate to cool to room temperature.
Beat in egg yolk, cream and liqueur until smooth.
Refrigerate for 1 hour or until set.
Form heaping teaspoonfuls of mixture into 1-inch balls.
Place on cookie sheet and refrigerate for 30 minutes.
