Tofu-Vegetable Quiche
Tofu-Vegetable Quiche is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1 unbaked 9-inch pastry shell, 1 lb. soft tofu, 3 large eggs, 1 tsp. seasoned salt and 1/4 tsp. ground nutmeg, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. An easy weeknight meal that comes together quickly.

Heat oven to 450°.
Bake pastry shell 10 minutes.
Reduce oven temperature to 350°.
Put tofu, eggs, seasoned salt, nutmeg and pepper in food processor or blender and process until smooth (if using blender, add tofu, a quarter at a time, blending after each addition).
