Tingler
Tingler is an moderately easy dinner you can prepare in just 54 minutes. Made with c. boysenberry juice (can use any berry blend), . frozen concentrated orange juice, small ripe bananas, c. plain yogurt and c. sparkling mineral water, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. An easy weeknight meal that comes together quickly.
In a blender, mix juices and bananas on medium speed for about 1 minute.
Add tofu, cottage cheese, berries and yogurt; mix for 1 minute (longer if a lighter drink is desired).
Add sparkling mineral water; stir.
Serve over chipped ice.
Makes 5 cups.
