Surface with meat mallet, pound chicken to 1/4 inch thickness.

Sprinkle salt and pepper.

Saute mushrooms and onion butter.

Cream cheese, mustard and thyme.

Divide into 4 equal portions and spread on each piece of chicken. and roll up, pressing edges to seal. Mix pecans, crumbs and parsley in bowl. Dip chicken into butter, crumbs, turning to coat. Place on greased baking sheet seam side down.

Bake at 350Β° for 35 minutes or until done.
