Ten Vegetable Beef Soup
Ten Vegetable Beef Soup is an impressive soup you can prepare in about 2 hours 22 minutes. Made with to 3 lb. boiling beef with bone, qt. green beans, small to medium head cabbage, chopped, to 4 small onions, chopped and to 4 c. diced potatoes, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Packed with nutrients and delicious flavors.
Boil beef until done and remove from broth.
If you want to remove grease, you need to let broth get cold and grease will top for easy removal.
Put broth in large kettle (10 quart) make soup.
Add cabbage , green beans, potatoes, celery, carrots, onions and lima beans. Add V-8 juice and cook hour until vegetables begin to seem done.
Add corn, peas and tomatoes last.
Add water or beef bouillon as needed for flavor. Cook another 1/2 hour and let stand for flavor.
Add beef back in soup, if desired.
