Sweet Potato Daisy Biscuits
Sweet Potato Daisy Biscuits is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 3 c. bisquick baking mix, 1/2 tsp. grated orange peel, 1 (3 oz.) pkg. cream cheese, cubed and chilled, 1/2 c. cooked, mashed sweet potatoes and 1/2 c. milk, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. An easy weeknight meal that comes together quickly.

Heat oven to 450Β°.
Combine baking mix and orange peel; cut in cream cheese until mixture resembles coarse meal.
Add sweet potatoes and milk, stirring until dry ingredients are moistened. Turn dough out onto surface dusted with baking mix.
Shape into ball; knead 4 to 5 times.
Roll dough 1/2 inch thick.
Cut with cutters dipped in baking mix.
Place about 2 inches apart on ungreased cookie sheet.
With sharp knife dipped in baking mix, cut six 1/2 inch lashes around edge of each biscuit to form petals. Using thumb, make indentation in center of each biscuit and fill with about 1/4 teaspoon of marmalade.
Bake 8 to 10 minutes or until golden brown.
