Sweet Dough Rolls
Sweet Dough Rolls is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1 pkg. active dry yeast, 1/4 c. warm water (105~ to 115~), 3/4 c. lukewarm milk, scalded and cooled, 1/3 c. sugar and 1/3 c. butter, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Bursting with flavor in every bite.

Dissolve yeast in water and set aside. Scald milk and add butter and sugar to melt and cool to lukewarm.
Add egg and yeast. Gradually add flour until dough is workable. Flour table and knead the dough for 5 to 10 minutes, working to a soft satiny finish.
Put dough in greased, large bowl.
Cover and let raise for at least 2 hours. Punch down and form into rolls and place in greased pan and let raise another 2 hours. Bake at 400Β° for approximately 20 minutes until tops are browned.
