Sweet and Sour Pork

Cut pork into 1/2-inch squares; boil in water with salt until it turns white.
Remove and fry in margarine until brown.
Combine celery, onion, mushrooms and bamboo shoots; cook in 2 tablespoons of butter for 5 minutes.
Add pineapple; bring to a boil.
Combine sugar, cornstarch, vinegar and soy sauce.
Cook until thickened, then add to other ingredients and place into a covered baking dish.
Bake at 350Β° for 45 minutes.
Serve with rice, potatoes, noodles or fettucine.
