Sweet and Sour Meatballs
Sweet And Sour Meatballs is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1 c. cubed bread or bread crumbs, 1 c. milk, 1/3 c. minced onions, 1 1/2 lb. ground beef and 1/2 lb. ground pork, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. A crowd-pleaser that never disappoints.

Soak bread in milk.
Combine with onions, beef, pork, egg, salt and pepper.
Shape into balls, about the size of walnuts.
In a large saucepan, combine chili sauce, water and grape jelly.
Heat to simmer.
Drop meatballs into sauce; simmer for about 1 hour. Skim off excess fat from top of sauce.
Just before serving, stir in sour cream.
Serves 6 to 8.
