Swedish Meatballs
Swedish Meatballs is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 2 tbsp. margarine, 1/2 c. chopped onions, 1 lb. ground beef, 1/2 lb. ground pork and 1/2 c. dry bread crumbs, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Great for entertaining guests or a cozy night in.

Melt margarine in a skillet; saute onions over low heat, stirring constantly until golden color.
Remove from heat.
In a bowl, mix together onions, ground beef, ground pork, bread crumbs, milk, egg, salt and pepper.
Make into meatballs the size of large walnuts.
Return to skillet; brown meatballs on all sides.
Cover and cook over low heat about 10 minutes or until done.
Makes about 20 meatballs.
