Swedish Meatballs
Swedish Meatballs is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1 1/2 lb. round steak and 1/2 lb. lean pork, ground together twice, 2 tbsp. catsup, 2 eggs, 1 tsp. salt and 1/4 tsp. pepper, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. A crowd-pleaser that never disappoints.

Method
Mix meat with catsup, spices, eggs and water.
Soak bread crumbs in milk.
Saute onion in 1 tablespoon butter until golden.
Add to meat and mix thoroughly.
Form into balls 1-inch in diameter and brown in rest of butter.
Cover and cook over low flame about 20 minutes, turning when needed (once or twice). Makes about 60 meatballs.
