Swedish Meatballs is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1 1/2 lb. meatloaf mix, 1 1/2 c. soft bread crumbs, 1 c. light cream, 3 tbsp. butter and 1 egg, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. A classic recipe that has been enjoyed for generations.

Soak bread crumbs in cream for 5 minutes.
Saute onion in 1 tablespoon butter until tender.
Combine egg crumb mixture, onion and seasonings.

Brown in 2 tablespoons butter.
