Stuffed Shells
Stuffed Shells is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 2 (10 oz.) pkg. frozen chopped spinach, 1 1/2 c. yogurt cheese*, 2 egg whites, 1 medium onion, chopped and 1 (8 oz.) pkg. low-fat mozzarella, grated, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. An easy weeknight meal that comes together quickly.
Thaw spinach and squeeze as dry as possible.
Mix with yogurt cheese, egg whites, onion, 4 ounces Mozzarella cheese and spices. Cook pasta according to package directions.
Stuff shells or manicotti with spinach mixture.
Put in 11 x 14-inch casserole dish sprayed with nonstick baking spray.
Cover with sauce, which has been diluted with water.
