Stuffed Shells
Stuffed Shells is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 2 lb. ricotta cheese, 1 lb. mozzarella cheese, diced, 2 eggs, 2 tbsp. chopped parsley and 1/2 c. grated cheese*, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. A classic recipe that has been enjoyed for generations.
Parboil shells for about 10 minutes; drain.
Mix together Ricotta, Mozzarella, eggs, grated cheese and parsley.
Add salt and pepper to taste. Stuff shells using a knife or teaspoon. Cover bottom of a baking dish with sauce.
Arrange shells in a single layer, cover with sauce.
Bake at 350Β° for about 30 minutes.
