Stuffed Puffs
Stuffed Puffs is an easy dinner. Made with 1 c. water, 1 stick butter or margarine, 1/4 tsp. salt, 1 c. sifted all-purpose flour and 4 eggs, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. A comforting dish that warms the soul.
Medium saucepan, combine water, butter and salt. Slowly bring to boiling, stirring occasionally. Remove from heat; beat in flour.
Return low heat; continue beating until mixture forms a and leaves side of pan.
Remove from heat.
Add eggs, one at a time, beating until mixture is shiny.
Drop by teaspoonfuls two inches apart onto ungreased cookie sheet.
Bake in 400Β°
20 minutes or until puffs are golden brown. Cool to 7 dozen puffs.
(The puffs can be frozen and taken from freezer an hour before serving. Fill before serving to avoid soggy puffs.) Good.
