Stuffed Peppers
Stuffed Peppers is an easy dinner. Made with 4 peppers, cut in half lengthwise, salt water, 1/4 c. rice, 3/4 lb. ground meat and 1 small can tomato sauce, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Ideal for meal prep and leftovers taste even better.

After peppers are prepared, put in pot with salt water to barely cover peppers.
Cook 10 minutes.
Cook 1/4 cup rice in same water.
Brown 3/4 pound ground meat in pan with onion and salt. Mix rice with meat.
Lay peppers, cut side up, in casserole dish. Stuff with rice and meat mixture.
Pour 1 small can tomato sauce over peppers.
Bake 1/2 hour at 325Β°.
