Stuffed Mushrooms
Stuffed Mushrooms is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1 lb. medium mushrooms, 1/4 c. onion, finely chopped, 1 c. soft bread crumbs, 1/2 tsp. salt and 1/4 tsp. turmeric, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Perfect for family dinners and special occasions.

Wash mushrooms and remove stems.
Finely chop stems, onions and peppers.
In large skillet with 3 tablespoons butter, saute stems, onions and peppers.
Cook for 5 minutes over medium heat. Add bread crumbs and spices to skillet mixture.
Stir together; remove from heat.
Put 1 teaspoon of mixture in each mushroom cap. Place on lightly greased cookie sheet and bake for 15 minutes at 350Β°.
Serve warm.
