Stuffed Mushrooms
Stuffed Mushrooms is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 18 large mushrooms, 4 tbsp. butter, 1 small onion, finely chopped, 1/2 c. flavored bread crumbs and 3 tbsp. parmesan cheese, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. An easy weeknight meal that comes together quickly.

Wash mushrooms and remove stems.
Chop mushroom stems finely. In frypan, melt butter over low heat.
Add onion and cook until onions are transparent, about 2 minutes.
Add chopped mushroom stems to onions and continue cooking until soft, about 3 minutes. Add bread crumbs, 2 tablespoons Parmesan cheese and salt to mushroom mixture.
Stir until well blended.
Using a teaspoon, mound mixture in hollows of mushroom caps.
Sprinkle mushrooms with remaining cheese.
With butter, grease bottom of 8-inch square pan.
Place mushrooms in pan.
Bake at 350Β° for 20 minutes.
