Stuffed Mushrooms
Stuffed Mushrooms is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 12 large or 24 medium mushrooms, 2 tbsp. minced green onion (include tops), 5 tbsp. butter or margarine, 1 tsp. lemon juice and 3/4 c. jack cheese, shredded, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. A crowd-pleaser that never disappoints.

Clean mushrooms.
Remove stems and some of meat.
Chop and saute stems with onions in 2 tablespoons butter.
Stir in all else, except cheese and rest of butter and wine.
Melt butter and coat mushrooms with it.
Fill each mushroom with stuffing and pile cheese on top.
Pour wine into baking pan and bake mushrooms at 400Β° for 15 minutes.
Serve hot.
