Stuffed Mushrooms
Stuffed Mushrooms is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 20 large mushrooms, 2 tbsp. butter, salt and pepper to taste, 2 tbsp. melted butter, 1/2 onion, finely chopped and 2 egg yolks, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. A comforting dish that warms the soul.

Saute chopped onion in butter.
Add egg yolks, salt, pepper, bread crumbs, sour cream and the mushroom stems, finely chopped. Stuff each mushroom head, forming a rounded top.
Sprinkle with 3 more tablespoons bread crumbs.
Place mushrooms in a shallow, buttered baking dish.
Sprinkle with the melted butter.
Bake in a hot oven at 450Β° for 10 minutes or until golden brown.
