Stuffed Mushrooms
Stuffed Mushrooms is an easy dinner. Made with 1 1/2 lb. mushrooms, 1 (8 oz.) pkg. pork sausage, 1/2 c. shredded mozzarella cheese and 1/4 c. seasoned bread crumbs, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. A comforting dish that warms the soul.

Remove stems from mushrooms.
Chop stems.
Set caps and stems aside.
Over medium heat, cook sausage until brown.
Save two tablespoons of drippings from sausage; drain the rest.
Finely chop the sausage.
Cook stems in drippings; stir frequently. Remove from heat; stir in sausage, cheese and bread crumbs.
Fill caps.
Bake 15 minutes at 450Β°.
