Stuffed Mushrooms
Stuffed Mushrooms is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1 lb. large mushrooms, 8 oz. fresh crabmeat (for the rich, you can use lobster), 1 tsp. salt, 1 tsp. pepper and 2 tbsp. lemon juice or 1 fresh squeezed lemon, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Wash Mushrooms thoroughly.
Separate the caps from the stems. Place caps upside down in serving dish.
Finely chop remaining stems; set aside.
Mix Crabmeat, Bread Crumbs, chopped Mushroom stems, Salt, Pepper, and Lemon Juice.
Use a melon scoop or teaspoon to scoop out stuffing.
Fill each cap.
Once all caps are filled place under broiler for up to 5 minutes or until stuffing browns.
If an electric stove the broiler setting would be high.
