Stuffed Cabbage
Stuffed Cabbage is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1 large head green cabbage, 1 tbsp. salt, 1 c. chopped onion, 1 clove garlic, crushed and 1 lb. ground beef, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Ideal for meal prep and leftovers taste even better.

Add 12 cabbage leaves to 1 teaspoon salt/boiling water; let stand 5 minutes.
Combine onions, garlic, meat, rice, eggs, pepper and 1 teaspoon salt.
Place mound of meat mixture (1/2 cup) in hollow leaf; roll up, placing seam side down, single layer in lightly greased 13 x 9 pan.
Combine, then pour sauce, tomatoes, lemon juice, 1 teaspoon salt, 1/4 teaspoon pepper and sugar over cabbage rolls.
Cover and bake at 375Β° for 50 minutes and uncovered for 10 minutes.
Makes 8 servings.
