Spinach Stuffed Mushrooms

Made with 1 (12 oz.) pkg. frozen spinach soufflé, thawed, 3 to 4 dashes lemon pepper, garlic powder and salt to taste, 12 to 18 fresh mushrooms, stems removed and dipped in melted butter and 1 1/2 tbsp. minced onion, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Mix together the soufflé, lemon pepper, garlic powder and salt. Remove mushroom stems and dip in melted butter; chop stems finely. Add minced onion and saute in 3 tablespoons of butter until soft. Mix with spinach mixture.
Fill mushroom caps until slightly rounded.
Sprinkle with Parmesan cheese.
Bake in preheated oven at 375° until filling is set and golden (12 to 15 minutes).
