Spatzle
Spatzle is an easy dinner. Made with 3 1/3 c. unbleached pastry flour, 3 large eggs, pinch of salt and 22 oz. milk or water, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. An easy weeknight meal that comes together quickly.

Heat a large pot of water to a boil.
Put flour in a large bowl.
Make a well in flour center and add beaten eggs.
Slowly whisk in the liquid, carefully avoiding lumps.
Press dough through a colander or sieve bottom into the boiling water quickly or shred dough into water off a dish.
Dough should be more liquid-like than firm and tricky to control.
Boil 5 minutes or until all rise to pot surface.
With slotted spoon, transfer spatzle to warm serving platter.
Top with chicken.
Serve with sauce on side.
Serve immediately.
