Spaghetti Sauce Italian Style is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 4 large cans whole tomatoes, 4 large cans tomato paste, 2 tbsp. salt, 2 tsp. pepper and 1 tbsp. basil leaves, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. A crowd-pleaser that never disappoints.
PurΓ©e tomatoes in a blender, then strain well.
Add tomatoes to tomato paste and cook on medium-high.
Do not burn.
Mix salt, 1 teaspoon pepper, 1 tablespoon basil leaves and 3 tablespoons garlic powder with tomato mixture.
Stir and reduce heat to medium-low and cook for about 1 hour before adding meat.
Combine ground beef, eggs, 1 teaspoon pepper, 1 tablespoon garlic powder and enough salt to season.
Mix well.
