Spaghetti Sauce
Spaghetti Sauce is an impressive dinner. Made with 1 lb. ground beef, 1/2 lb. italian sausage, cubed (mild or hot), 1 tbsp. butter, 2 c. celery, sliced and 1 c. black olives, sliced, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. A classic recipe that has been enjoyed for generations.

Brown ground beef and Italian sausage; set aside.
Melt butter; add celery and olives.
Cook on medium-high for about 20 minutes. Add onion and garlic and cook about 5 minutes.
Add mushrooms and bay leaf; cook about 5 minutes.
Add tomato sauce, ground beef, Italian sausage and all spices, except chives and parsley.
Cook for a while so spices go through sauce.
