Spaghetti Carbonara
Spaghetti Carbonara is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1 lb. mostaccioli, 1/2 lb. bacon, 1/4 c. olive oil, 1 stick butter or margarine and salt to taste, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Bursting with flavor in every bite.

Cook bacon and drain.
In same pan put oil, butter, salt and red pepper.
Simmer.
Beat eggs well.
Cook pasta in 5 quarts salted boiling water.
Cook al dente on hard side.
Drain pasta. Put in bowl.
Pour egg over pasta, then oil and butter mixture, then cheese.
Serve immediately.
