Southern Style Squirrel Stew is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 4 to 5 squirrels, cut into serving pieces, 8 small white onions, 2 c. diced carrots, 2 1/2 c. diced potatoes and 1 1/2 c. diced celery, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Wash and dry squirrel pieces.
