South Texas Steak
South Texas Steak is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 4 lb. sirloin steak (1 to 1 1/2 inches thick), 1/2 c. red wine vinegar, 1/2 c. brown sugar, 3 tbsp. catsup and 3 tbsp. worcestershire sauce, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Packed with nutrients and delicious flavors.
Trim steak.
Cut into 8 pieces and place in a nonmetallic dish. Combine remaining ingredients and pour over meat.
Marinate for at least 2 hours or overnight.
Grill steak over hot coals 4 to 6 inches from heat, basting with marinade.
Cook 6 to 8 minutes per side for medium rare, 8 to 10 minutes per side for medium.
Heat remaining marinade and serve with steak.
