Sirloin Tips in Wine Sauce
Sirloin Tips In Wine Sauce is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 2 to 3 lb. sirloin tips, cut into cubes, oil, 2 small chopped onions, 2 sliced peppers and 1 can mushrooms, drained, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Bursting with flavor in every bite.
Brown sirloin tips in oil and place in a baking dish.
Saute onions, peppers and mushrooms for 10 to 15 minutes.
Add to meat and mix.
Add cooking wine.
Mix together beef bouillon cube, water and flour; add to meat.
(One package of brown gravy mix and 1 cup water may be used instead of bouillon.)
Bake at 350Β°, uncovered, for 1 1/2 hours, stirring often.
Serve over noodles, rice or potatoes.
