Shrimp, Mushroom and Artichoke Casserole
Shrimp, Mushroom And Artichoke Casserole is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 2 1/2 tbsp. butter, 1/2 lb. mushrooms, 1 1/2 lb. shrimp, 1 (no. 2) can artichoke hearts and 4 1/2 tbsp. butter, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. An easy weeknight meal that comes together quickly.
2 1/2 tablespoons butter and saute mushrooms; set aside. Boil shrimp.
Quart casserole, make layer each of artichokes, shrimp and mushrooms.
Make sauce by melting tablespoons butter, stirring with wire whisk, add flour, then milk and cream.
Stir until thick; add wine, Worcestershire, salt pepper to cream sauce.
Pour over layered ingredients.
Sprinkle with grated cheese, then paprika. Bake at 375Β° for 20 to 30 minutes.
Serve over rice. Better made day before.
