Mix molasses, boiling water and soda; pour into bottom of unbaked pie crust.
Blend flour, brown sugar and butter by rubbing together with hands.
Sprinkle lightly over molasses mixture. Bake in 350Β° oven 40 to 45 minutes or until crumbs are brown. Liquid will cook through crumbs, making a cake like texture. Serve warm with whipped cream.
