Sherried Seafood
Sherried Seafood is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 4 tbsp. butter or margarine, 1 medium onion, 1/2 lb. fresh mushrooms, sliced, 1/4 c. unsifted flour and 2 tbsp. salt, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Packed with nutrients and delicious flavors.

Melt butter in large skillet; saute onion until tender.
Add mushrooms; saute about 2 minutes longer.
Add flour and salt; stir with wooden spoon until mixture has bubbled, about 1 minute. Slowly add milk, stirring with a wooden spoon.
Simmer until thickened.
Add shrimp, crab meat, pimento and sherry.
Serve over rice, toast points or patty shells.
Serves 6 to 8.
