Sesame Chicken
Sesame Chicken is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1 1/2 c. chicken bouillon, 2 tbsp. cornstarch, 1 tbsp. light soy sauce, 4 scallions, diced and 1 tsp. canola oil, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Great for entertaining guests or a cozy night in.

Combine bouillon broth, cornstarch and soy sauce; blend well. Stir in scallions and set aside.
Heat oil in wok and stir-fry chicken and garlic, 3 to 4 minutes.
Remove and keep warm.
Add broccoli and broth mixture to the wok.
Cover and simmer 8 minutes. Add the chicken and pimentos and heat just until mixture is good and hot.
Top with sesame seed.
Serve over pasta or rice.
(May substitute pork for chicken.
