Seafood Casserole
Seafood Casserole is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1 lb. sea legs (mixture of snow crabmeat, pollock and turbot), 1 lb. shrimp, 1 lb. scallops, 1 1/2 sticks butter and 2 tbsp. fresh or frozen lemon juice, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Ideal for meal prep and leftovers taste even better.

Melt 1 stick of butter and when cool, add lemon juice and set aside.
Mix all seafood together carefully.
Add butter/lemon mixture and mix again.
Place in a shallow baking dish, such as Pyrex or 13 x 9-inch baking pan.
Add about 1/4 to 1/2 cup water and sprinkle a little paprika on top.
Cut the remaining 1/2 stick of butter into small pieces on top.
Bake at 350Β° about 30 to 45 minutes, stirring periodically in a basting fashion, so you can keep the meat in large pieces.
