Seafood Casserole
Seafood Casserole is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1 can king crabmeat, tendons removed, 1 lb. sea scallops, cut in half, 1 lb. cleaned, cooked shrimp, 1/2 lb. fresh mushrooms, sliced and 1 pt. sour cream, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Scald scallops; pour boiling water over them and let stand 10 minutes.
Saute celery, onions and mushrooms in butter or margarine.
Using 1 to 1 1/2 tablespoons flour make gravy in pan. Add 1 to 1 1/2 cups water.
Combine all ingredients.
Place in large casserole dish.
Cover with buttered bread crumbs and bake. Bake 45 to 60 minutes at 350Β°.
